Our Retail Outlet closest to your area will make the delivery to your doorstep free of charge. Orders will be delivered to valid addresses within Sri Lanka only. Please note that delivery is not provided to Duty Free reservations and purchases.

Method Of Ordering

(Please read our Privacy Policy for legal information.) Once your order reaches us, we will contact you by Telephone. Upon recipient's confirmation we will notify you of the delivery information.

Products & Pricing

All products are subject to availability. All prices are shown in Sri Lankan Rupees (Rs.) inclusive of taxes, and we reserve the right to change any price at any time.

Online Payment Facility Using Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Master Cards, Sampath Bank, American Express & Commercial Bank Credit Cards. Also we accept Sampath Vishwa. The Internet Payment Gateways at Sampath Bank, Nations's Trust Bank & Commercial Bank will carry out Credit Card acceptance and authentication. Transactions routed through the gateway will be fully secured with 128-bit secure socket layer encryption with certification obtained from Verisign Inc., USA.

Cash On Delivery

Cash on Delivery is widely used by consumers like you in Sri Lanka. You can choose Cash on Delivery for orders for any amount. You can do the payment by Cash once you receive your order from our shop or the courier partners.

Pre Order

You will be charged the full price of the products at the time of placing the Pre Order. Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your product or you may cancel your order and request for a full refund.

Warranty Conditions

Singer Sri Lanka guarantees that the products are free from deficiencies. The company warrants that all products provided to to the customers are all genuine, original and new components, and are suitable for the purpose intended.

Standard normal 1 year warranty is given for products, certain products may have only 3 or 6 months warranty. For selected products 2 years warranty & if the customer wishes to get an extended warranty they can do so by paying the additional amount when purchasing the product.

Warranty covers only the manufacture defects & fabric defects, warranty does not cover physical damages & other damages occurred by natural disasters.

Unavailability Of Product / Product Out Of Stock

In the event of a stock unavailability, www.singersl.com will inform the customer within 3 working days, and the payment can be refunded within 5 working days. Customer acknowledges and agrees that the only remedy available for unavailability of product is the refund of the money paid. Placement of an order including the payment of the order value by the Customer will be construed as an offer.

Delivery

Our Retail Outlet closest to your area will make the delivery to your doorstep on confirmation from the bank within 7 working days. (Monday to Friday) (Conditions Apply) Sometimes, delivery time depends on the stock availability of the delivery locations. We may sometimes cancel the order & refund you the money back to your account depending on the stock availability of the delivery location & if it takes more time to send a new one from warehouse. Certain products are delivered only for location within Singer Mega outlets. Please note that delivery is not provided to Duty Free reservations and purchases.

Sometimes, products with Website and App only discounts and offers may not applicable for free delivery. Please read the delivery section of the related product information page before ordering.

Product Returns

Customers have the right to return products within 7 days of purchase back to the company at any of the Singer outlets under the following circumstances;

  • Products must be thoroughly inspected before accepting. If the product is damaged or any parts are missing, you must immediately inform the delivery person and not accept the product. If there is a physical damage at the acceptance of the product, the product should be returned within 24 hours.
  • If the product does not function up to the expected standards that it should function as it normally should under normal working conditions. customers should return the products within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product appears used or not in original condition. (the product must be returned to the company immediately)

Refunds

All refunds are processed within 2-3 working days by Singer Sri Lanka. Further processing back to your credit card / bank account may require additional time depending on the bank / institution for which Singer Sri Lanka cannot be held liable.
