Foreign passport holders cannot reserve. Only Sri Lankan passport holders are allowed to reserve Duty Free products. Please make your reservation before 7 working days of your arrival to Sri Lanka. Reservation is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from the manager, Duty Free shop within 48 working hours after you make the reservation. The Products will be available for pick up from:
